Global One Communication have been responsible for DISTREE EMEA’s press relations since 2011. The regional event organised by DISTREE Events, takes place in Monaco every year.

 

DISTREE Events specialise in ICT & Computer Engineering events, gathering more than 10,000 senior executives from over 80 countries over the past 10 years. 

 

GOC's objective was to gain and maintain strong visibility for the event and the organisations that were in attendance in European Technology and channel press.

 

Press releases were issued to top media in the ICT field before, during, and after the event, whilst key media from the UK, Benelux, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal and Spain were invited to and attended the event (the pressroom was also ran by Global One). 

 

Global One's efforts resulted in coverage across Europe and visibility for both DISTREE and its attendees. It also allowed journalists to meet with key contacts in the European channel, gain first hand knowledge of the latest trends and to attend the EMEA Channel Academy.

 

Results

17 journalists from a number of leading EMEA media outlets, including PC World Bulgaria (Bulgaria), Channel World (Czech Republic), EDI, LSA and ITR News (France), CRN and Heise (Germany), Reseller News, Bloomberg and CRN Poland (Poland), CRN Russia (Russia) and PCR (UK) attended DISTREE EMEA.

A total of 140 articles were published, including Heise (Germany), EDI (France) and PCR (UK), positionning DISTREE EMEA as THE ICT & CE Professionnal Event of the region.
